Product Description
It is a kind of two-component coating which is composed by special epoxy resin, epoxy curing agent and so on. Natural drying or baking can be used for drying, the film after drying have moisture resistance and oil resistance.
Design Purpose
It is applicable to the protection of the concrete surface and anti-corrosion and glazing for the equipment on the coastal areas and hot and humid area.

Construction condition | *Substrate temperature shall be more than dew point above 3℃, relative humidity shall be less than or equal to 85%; *If the substrate temperature is lower than 5℃, epoxy resin liquid and curing agent stop reaction, construction can’t be undertaken. | |||||||||||||||||

Considerations | *After the construction of the paint, put into use after the entire curing of the film. *If maximum recoat interval is exceeded, roughen the preceding film before recoating to ensure adhesion between layers. | |||||||||||||||||
Safety guide | * Please pay attention to the security issues on the packaging. In addition, relevant Safety guide codes of nation or specified by the local government shall be followed. *Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and spray mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product. *Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn. | |||||||||||||||||
