    It is composed by epoxy resin, zinc phosphate, rust preventive additive, promoter and solvent, etc., and the paint takes polyamide as curing agent. Packaging is divided into Component A and Component B. The paint has greater sealing ability and good anticorrosion performance and can be mixed with various finishes.

    As a kind of antirust paint, it can be used for ship, bridge, gas holder and various steel structures and cement.

    Surface treatment

    Surface of the steel shall be treated with sand-blasting to reach Swedish de-rusting standard, Class Sa 2.5, or Class St3 of manual mechanical de-rusting.

    Construction condition

    Substrate temperature shall be more than dew point above 3℃, relative humidity shall be less than 85%;

    If the substrate temperature is lower than 5℃, epoxy and curing agent stop reaction, construction can’t be undertaken.

    Finishing paint

    Epoxy resin coating, chlorinated rubber coating, acrylic resin coating, polyurethane coating, alkyd resin coating.

    Packing Specification

    Container of 20 liters can load Component A of 24kg, container of 5 liters can load Component B of 4kg.

    Considerations

    If maximum coating interval is exceeded, the coating shall be conducted after the preceding paint is polished roughly to ensure the adhesion between films.

    Safety guide 

    Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and painting mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product.

    Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn.
