    It is composed by chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, iron oxide red, promoter and solvent, etc. It has good water, base, salt and fog resistance and good wet-dry rotation performance. The film is tough and has good sealing performance.


    Design Purpose

    It is used as additional paint for chlorinated rubber aluminum powder antirust paint to enhance the antirust effect; and it is can be used as seal coat for repairing the old film of the ship, also can be used for rust protection of ship, harbor machinery and offshore platform and other steel structures.

    Surface treatment

    *If directly applying to the steel surface, Surface of the steel shall be treated with shot-blasting or sand-blasting to reach Class Sa 2.5 of Swedish de-rusting standard.

    *Surface coated with Workshop primer needs second rust removal to reach Class St 3 of Swedish de-rusting standard.

    *When the paint is used for large scale replacement and maintenance, steel plate shall be derusted by sand blasting to reach Class Sa 2.5 of Swedish de-rusting standard, as for small scale replacement and maintenance, steel plate shall be derusted by manual de-rusting to reach Class St 3 of Swedish de-rusting standard.


    Construction condition

    Substrate temperature shall be more than dew point above 3℃, relative humidity shall be less than 85%;


    Prior primer

    Zinc-rich epoxy primer, epoxy zinc powder Workshop primer, epoxy iron red Workshop primer, inorganic zinc silicate Workshop primer, also directly apply to the steel by rust removal.

     

    Finishing paint

    Chlorinated rubber boat topping paint, chlorinated rubber topside paint, chlorinated rubber deck paint, chlorinated rubber finish, acrylic acid finish and high chlorinated polyethylene enamel.

    Packing Specification

    Container of 20 liters can load 20kg.

    Safety guide

    Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and painting mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product.

    Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn.
