    It is produced by adding iron oxide red, zinc chrome, desiccant and solvent after esterification of epoxy resin and vegetable oil. The film is tough and endurable and has good adhesion. The damp-proof and salt and fog resistance properties will be enhanced if matching with phosphatizing primer.

    Surface treatment

    *Steel with oxide skin: treated with shot-blasting or spraying to reach Class Sa 2 of Swedish de-rusting standard;

    *Steel without oxide skin: polished with pneumatic or power-driven elastic grinding discs up to Class St 3;

    *Steel coated with Workshop primer: conduct second rust cleaning with slight sand blasting or pneumatic (power-driven) elastic grinding discs to reach Class St 3 of Swedish de-rusting standard.

    Construction condition

    Substrate temperature shall be more than dew point above 3℃, relative humidity shall be less than 85%;

    Prior primer

    Ethylene phosphating primer, zinc-rich epoxy Workshop primer, epoxy zinc powder Workshop primer, zinc-rich epoxy primer, inorganic zinc silicate primer, etc.

    Finishing paint

    Alkyd resin coating, phenolic resin coating, etc.

    Safety guide

    Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and painting mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product.
